Reset Your Password
When resetting your password, please remember:
- This Password Reset affects both your portal and email access.
- Once you start this process, don't stop until you've finished or your account will be locked!
- The password needs to be at least 8 characters long.
- It cannot include your first name, last name, or student number.
- It IS case sensitive.
- It must include three of the following four characteristics.
- lower case character
- upper case character
- number
- special character
- You cannot reuse the last 3 passwords.
- Your password expires every 120 days.
